There are four major documents for the Association. The first is the related Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (or CCR). That document takes the original CCR, and incorporates all of the revisions over time. The second document is the By-Laws, and the third is the Articles of Incorporation.

In addition, there is the Community Guideline document, which is a document summarizing key points of the 3 documents, along with policies and procedures to support those documents. This document is regularly updated, so even if you have a printed copy check back here to make sure you have the most current version. The first page lists the effective date.
